Payments that are submitted as part of the application process. If your application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund minus any processing fees and a $100 administrative fee. Once accepted, the payment is non-refundable but transferable to another participant (subject to approval and completion of the application process) or to a future Business Women with Essence retreat. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
Payment plans that are submitted as part of the application process. It requires $4,000 deposit, total payment of $13,000. Subsequent payments of $4,500 pulled every 2 weeks, final payment due March 15, 2026. If not accepted, full refund minus processing fee and $100 administrative cost. Once accepted, payment is non-refundable but transferable to another applicant or future Business Women with Essence retreat. Transfers must be requested in writing.
By purchasing a ticket(s) to Business Women with Essence (BWE) retreat you acknowledge you are entering a public area where photography, audio and/or video recording may occur. By entering the premises, you consent to such recording and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction across BWE and its affiliates, private, or social media platforms.
By attending this event as a Participant, you acknowledge and agree that BWE and its affiliates, has permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any visual media materials taken or made on behalf of the BWE retreat. You further acknowledge and agree that BWE and its affiliates, has and will have complete ownership of such visual media, including the entire copyright, and may edit and use them for marketing and promotional activities, (including being used and reused in whole or in part for publication, broadcast, cablecast, multimedia production, internet distribution, illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed) and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business. You also acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any compensation for the use of such visual media and hereby release BWE and its affiliates, agents and assigns from any and all claims that arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.
