Payment covers retreat programming, accommodations, meals during the retreat, and ground transportation to/from the venue. Not included: airfare to/from Italy, travel insurance (strongly recommended), passport/visa fees, and personal expenses.

Kellé Thorpe

This retreat was born from a very specific frustration.

I wanted to curate an experience that was truly a retreat, not a conference masked as one. Not packed agendas, nonstop panels, or information overload disguised as rest. I wanted space. Quiet. A true reset that allowed high-performing women to step away from constant decision-making and reconnect with clarity personally and professionally.

I had never been to Italy, and I wanted to experience it slowly and intentionally. When my co-host Patrice found the villa overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, complete with an infinity pool, it became clear this experience needed to be shared.

This approach is deeply informed by my professional work. I am CEO & Business Advisor at Kommas with Kellé (KWK), where my team advises women-led, service-based businesses generating $1M+ in revenue. Since launching KWK in July 2020, during the height of the pandemic, every client we’ve served has grown many by 50% or more with measurable ROI within the first 30 days.

My work sits at the intersection of clarity and courage. With a background in labor, employment, and business law, I have spent my career helping leaders make sound decisions under pressure, navigate complexity with integrity, and build structures that support both growth and people.

I lead with steadiness, warmth, and above all, discernment. I create room for women to step out of survival mode and into alignment surrounded by others who understand the weight of holding it all.
